If you can please try replacing the fxp card with another ALTQ
supported card and see wether the situation persists. I'm guessing that
the latest ALTQ modifications somehow affects its functionality.

Where are they dropped, in a CBQ class ? On which interface ? Can you
provide a snip of your ALTQ configuration ?
