Woops ... sorry! I didn't mean to disregard your (or anybody else's) efforts!
But after some troubles about ALTQ patchsets in other places (DragonFly e.g.),
I'd like to make clear that ALTQ is more than just replacing IF_ENQUEUE with
IFQ_ENQUEUE ...
