[ALTQ/FreeBSD] New ALTQ package for FreeBSD 5.0-RELEASE

Hi,

 I have rebuilt the ALTQ package for FreeBSD 5.0-RELEASE.

 You can download the package from the FreeBSD/ALTQ project webpage:

 Here are some side-notes:

   * The "no ICMP sourcequench under DoS" patch has already been
     incorporated in the FreeBSD sources

   * dev/fxp/if_fxp.c, dev/gx/if_gx.c fixups

   * net/if_atmsubr.c, net/if_ef.c, net/if_ethersubr.c, net/if_loop.c,
     net/if_tun.c fixups

   * dev/wi/wi_hostap.c:1116 -- seems that a cast is needed (?!)

   * update i386/conf/ALTQ to the latest GENERIC

   * altqd binaries installation workaround (.include issues)

   * tbrconfig now installs in /usr/sbin instead of /sbin

   * updated the README file

   * almost all work on this release has been done under VMWare 2.0.4 on
     FreeBSD at NSCL (Networking and SuperComputing Laboratory),
     Electrical Engineering Department, University of Suceava, Romania.
