[ALTQ/FreeBSD] status on -current and -stable merges?

is ALTQ still on schedule to be included in FreeBSD 5.0? how about the MFC
into -stable?

the website was updated on August 25th, which is fairly recent, but I was
wondering how closely that reflects reality, as 5.0 is swiftly creeping
up. :-)
