I run cvsup with
*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4

and made stable on August 21 2002

bmx# uname -a
FreeBSD bmx.babalan.com 4.6-STABLE FreeBSD 4.6-STABLE #4: Wed Aug 21 
17:50:41 JAVT 2002     anak@bmx.babalan.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/bmx  i386
