[ALTQ/FreeBSD] New package against 10th July 5.0-current

Hi,

  I posted a new proposed ALTQ package for FreeBSD 5.0-current as of
10th July. The old sys-altq diffs were stale and didn't apply correctly.
You can find it on the project's webpage[1].

  Diffs/package for 4.6.1 will follow as soon as the FreeBSD releng team
will tag the CVS tree.

  Lately the FreeBSD-ALTQ development has staled; hopefully in a few
days I'll build the patches described in the first two rows of the
status board on the project's webpage[1].
